Our approach to impact considers both the immediate outputs of our programmes and the outcomes they are intended to create over time.

Our educational interventions seek to improve the quality, safety and functionality of learning environments.
Rather than viewing the reconstruction of classrooms simply as a construction project, we consider its broader contribution to student welfare, attendance, teaching conditions and educational opportunity.

Water and Sanitation
Our water and sanitation projects are intended to provide safe, dignified and healthier environments.
We seek to measure their impact through access to potable water, availability of functional sanitation facilities and the number of people or institutions benefiting from these services.

Skills and Livelihoods
Our vocational programmes are designed to translate skills into economic opportunity.
Over time, our impact framework will track indicators including participants trained, training completed, certifications where applicable, employment outcomes, businesses established and beneficiaries progressing towards sustainable livelihoods.

Humanitarian programmes respond to immediate needs while recognising the dignity of every beneficiary.
Where appropriate, the Foundation seeks opportunities to connect vulnerable individuals with longer-term pathways towards education, protection, skills development and economic inclusion.
